Yes. Send us your project description and any city, county or HOA checklist before ordering. We can help identify the right package or whether you need a custom quote.Or Email us at budgetsiteplans@gmail.com
We use available county records, GIS mapping and aerial imagery, together with the surveys, measurements, sketches and photographs you provide. If essential details are missing, we will need additional information before completing the drawings.
Not for every project. A survey is helpful when boundaries, setbacks or easements matter. If your authority specifically requires a certified survey, our remotely prepared site plan does not replace it.
Our standard packages do not include an engineer’s, architect’s or surveyor’s seal. Send us the requirement before ordering so we can clarify the drafting scope. You may need a separately engaged licensed professional.
A drawing order does not include a full zoning or project-eligibility assessment. Confirm that the proposed use, location and size are allowed with your reviewing authority, and share its requirements with us.
Permit submission and application fees are not included in the standard drawing packages. You or your representative submits the drawings with the other documents your authority requires.
You can order individual projects without a subscription. Contractors and businesses needing regular drafting support can explore the separate Permit Pencil retainer service. Its pricing, joining offers and account terms are separate from Budget Site Plans retail orders.
Some reviews relate to projects completed under our earlier Draft Permit Solutions name. They reflect the team’s previous work, while our current service pages explain the packages available today.
